Certified CNM Health Coach (KHDA) & Holistic Health Awareness

Discover Your Balance
Reconnect your mind and body.

My Story
I started my professional journey with a deep respect for the knowledge and wisdom that comes from years of experience in classical Western medicine. But over time, I found myself drawn to the incredible power of natural healing and felt inspired to explore it more deeply. That curiosity led me to Alberto Villoldo’s Light Body School, which is rooted in Peruvian Shamanic Healing. Through that experience, I discovered the profound effects of Tibetan Singing Bowl therapy and developed a richer understanding of how sound, frequency, and the mind-body connection can work together to promote healing. Recently I received my CNM Health Coach certificate which allows me to combine traditional with naturopathic approaches, helping individuals to gain the knowledge, tools, and confidence to reach their health goals.

Now, as a Certified CNM Health Coach (KHDA) and Certified Yoga and Pranayama Instructor, I’m able to share a truly holistic approach to wellness—one that blends traditional healing with modern medicine. By bringing together everything I’ve learned, I’m passionate about helping others find balance and harmony in their emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.
My Services
Discover Your Balance is all about helping you find your groove in life — that sweet spot where peace, clarity, and contentment all come together. I offer a mix of sessions like Tibetan Healing Bowls, guided meditation, Pranayama, Yoga, and Shamanic Journeying — each designed to help you connect more deeply with yourself and bring a sense of balance to your everyday life.
By blending ancient wisdom with modern science, we use the power of sound as a healing tool to open up your full potential. Sound isn’t just something we hear — it’s a vibration that flows through everything, including us. It can actually influence how our brains and bodies work, making it an amazing way to support healing and personal growth. And since sound is such a natural part of life on Earth, our brains are wired to respond to it — it’s like we’re built to tune in and find harmony through it.
